Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service price.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances, such as staff illness or facility issues. In such cases, we'll notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative arrangement.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. We accept payment via bank transfer or other methods as communicated during booking.

Prices listed on our website are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, though changes will not affect bookings already confirmed at a different rate.

Service Delivery

Client Responsibilities

• Ensure your pet's vaccinations are current where relevant to the service
• Inform us of any changes to your pet's health or circumstances before appointments

• Collect your pet promptly at agreed collection times
• Implement any home care recommendations we provide

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect our ability to provide services safely and effectively, and may result in appointment cancellation without refund.

Health and Safety

Your pet's safety and wellbeing are our priority. However, working with animals carries inherent risks. We take all reasonable precautions to minimise risk, but cannot eliminate it entirely.

If we identify health concerns during service delivery, we'll notify you immediately. In urgent situations where we cannot reach you, we may seek veterinary attention on your behalf, and you agree to reimburse reasonable costs incurred.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we believe continuing poses a risk to your pet, our staff, other animals, or our facilities. In such cases, we'll explain our concerns and may recommend alternative approaches or veterinary consultation.

Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with our services is limited as follows:

Service-Related Claims

Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.

Exclusions
