Please inform us during booking. We can schedule extra time, use specific calming techniques, and in some cases recommend a behaviour consultation first to address the underlying anxiety before proceeding with grooming.
Yes, we provide a 10% discount when booking grooming services for two or more pets from the same household during the same visit. Training services are priced individually as each animal requires dedicated attention.
We understand that circumstances change. If you provide at least 48 hours notice, there's no cancellation fee. Later cancellations may incur a charge of 50% of the service price to compensate for the reserved time slot.
Absolutely. We have extensive experience with feline grooming and behaviour. Our cat services take place in a separate, quieter area away from dogs, and we use feline-specific handling techniques and products.
Not for general nutrition guidance. However, if your pet has a diagnosed medical condition requiring dietary management, we work best in collaboration with your vet and may request their input to ensure our recommendations complement their treatment plan.
