About Our Location

Our purpose-built facility in Bristol provides a calm, welcoming environment designed specifically with animal comfort in mind. The building features separate entrance and exit routes to minimise stress, sound-dampened treatment rooms, and dedicated spaces for different services.

We're located in the Clifton area, easily accessible from central Bristol and surrounding communities. The neighbourhood offers quiet streets and nearby green spaces, perfect for pets who may need a short walk before or after their appointment.

Parking is available on nearby residential streets, with several spaces typically free during business hours. The building is wheelchair accessible, and we're happy to assist with bringing pets in from vehicles if needed.

Company Information

Enchanted Fury operates as a registered business in the United Kingdom, maintaining full compliance with all relevant animal welfare regulations and professional standards. Our facilities are regularly inspected and we hold comprehensive insurance covering all services we provide.

We're proud members of several professional organisations including the British Pet Care Association, the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, and the Professional Pet Groomers Association. These memberships require adherence to strict codes of conduct and regular professional development.

All client information is handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation. We maintain confidential records of pets in our care to ensure continuity of service and track any health observations that may be relevant to ongoing care.

Before You Contact Us

Please tell us your pet's species, breed, age, and the service you're interested in. If your pet has any health conditions, behavioural concerns, or special requirements, mentioning these helps us prepare appropriately and provide more useful initial guidance.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. During particularly busy periods this may occasionally extend to two days, but we prioritise timely communication and will get back to you as soon as possible.

We're happy to arrange a brief facility tour for prospective clients. Please email to request this, and we'll schedule a time when we can show you around without disrupting animals currently receiving care. Tours typically last 15-20 minutes.

We provide grooming, training, and nutrition services, but we're not an emergency veterinary facility. If your pet requires urgent medical attention, please contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately.

Don't worry – simply describe the situation or concerns you have, and we'll suggest the most appropriate service. Many clients aren't sure what they need initially, and we're experienced at helping identify the right approach based on your description.

Absolutely. When contacting us, mention that you have multiple pets and we'll coordinate scheduling to make the process as convenient as possible. We offer discounts for multiple pets from the same household receiving grooming services during the same visit.

Initial Response

We'll acknowledge your enquiry and ask any clarifying questions needed to understand your pet's needs and suggest appropriate services.

3

Appointment Scheduling

Once you're ready to proceed, we'll work with you to find a convenient appointment time. We'll send confirmation details including what to bring and any preparation needed.

4

Pre-Appointment Reminder

A few days before your appointment, we'll send a reminder email with all the relevant details and a chance to ask any last-minute questions.

Additional Ways to Connect

While email remains our primary contact method, we understand different situations call for different approaches. If you have a complex query or find written communication challenging, please mention this in your initial email and we'll arrange a time for a telephone conversation.

For existing clients with ongoing service bookings, we maintain your contact preferences and history, making future scheduling quicker and more straightforward. Once you've worked with us, you'll have a dedicated point of contact who understands your pet's specific needs.

We also welcome feedback about our services. If you've worked with us previously and have thoughts on how we can improve, please don't hesitate to share them. Constructive input helps us refine our practices and better serve our clients.
